When you email or call me, or send the Check a Date form on this site, I keep what you send, such as your name, company, event details and contact information, so I can answer you and arrange a booking. Form entries are stored in my HubSpot account. This site has no accounts or sign-ups.
I use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to see how many people visit and which pages they read. These tools set cookies and collect information such as your approximate location, device and browser. I also use HubSpot, which sets its own cookies after you accept, to see which page a message came from. I use it only to improve this site. If you send me a message through the contact form, the page you first landed on is included with it. You can opt out with your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
I use your information to reply to you, send quotes and agreements, and arrange your event. I share event details with the speaker you are considering, and with another agency if you ask me to introduce you. I do not sell your information or use it for anything unrelated.
This site links to speaker websites and to other agencies. They have their own privacy practices, and I do not control them.
You can ask me what I have kept about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California, you have additional rights under local law, and I will honor them.
